I understand completely, being moderator of a thread this long can't be easy even without all the threaded comments, but now that we have them, I just don't know how you do it, Bill. I know I have missed a lot. I've wanted to comment on several things, but it seems like the comment is too far back and already petered out.
A cooling off period? I didn't think it was all that bad. I musta missed something - that's one reason I don't like the threaded comment format - gotta backtrack.
